I use to love this store it was all diverse before now they only have white womens working there. This manager is bringing all her color ppl you barely have like 2 employees who are not. It’s sad. I will not be going there anymore and I am vip customer.
So awesome that the red head employee assumed i am over a 6x. . . I was mentioning how weird / not cool it is that torrid ONLY offers wide width shoes but kicked out all the actual plus sizes out of the store (almost impossible to find normal cute styles in 4 and ESPECIALLY 5) ... please rebrand your store for what it really is; for small flat stomach curvy models. Awful company.
Love this store
Did not complete my online order correctly at all or completely. Have to drive back to the store to fix. Very disappointing with service at the location the rest of locations never had an issue.
