I just went here today for the first time ever. I have gained significant weight since having a baby. The women working there today didn't say hello when I came in and didn't ask if I needed help with anything. I even had to go up to the register to ask for them to open the fitting room. When you have 5 employees there you should have more than one person working at a register. They were far too absorbed in their personal conversations about their sisters and their houses to care at all about customer service. Horrible exper... read more
I use to love this store it was all diverse before now they only have white womens working there. This manager is bringing all her color ppl you barely have like 2 employees who are not. It’s sad. I will not be going there anymore and I am vip customer.
So awesome that the red head employee assumed i am over a 6x. . . I was mentioning how weird / not cool it is that torrid ONLY offers wide width shoes but kicked out all the actual plus sizes out of the store (almost impossible to find normal cute styles in 4 and ESPECIALLY 5) ... please rebrand your store for what it really is; for small flat stomach curvy models. Awful company.
