Went in to use torrid cash, grabbed too much but just about everything fit well. I tried ordering online previously, and would like more selection in the store. Overall good experience, helpful staff
I went to the store for a quick purchase and employee Jacqueline was very aggressive trying to sell things and trying to force me to apply for a credit card that I did not want. She made me feel very uncomfortable if I could give 0 stars I would.
I always come to shop at this location. I noticed that they have new employees. My experience was not as good as other times. The ladies that used to work there were amazing and once I walked into the store it was literally a party. Now it’s very boring! Very quiet No customer service at all. No one helped me out. I was very disappointed. Will not be returning. Do better Torrid!
I drove 2 hours round trip to come here to purchase a swimming suit. So now I have to spend another 2 hours tomorrow morning to come back because they failed to update their hours on Google. Thank god I don't live here because I would not be coming back to this location and I am not driving to McAllen tomorrow to purchase one.
