Customer service was excellent
I love this location!! The saleswomen are very welcoming and so helpful!! The suit I got was too big (my fault) and they exchanged it with no problems. Sign up for Torrid Cash was fast and they have a lovely verity of clothes.
Shop at Torrid very often. Ordered online, didn't like something, went to store and cashier refused return because it was a coupon sale item. Went online and could return it to any store, Folsom was listed as return place. So now I have to drive across town or pay for shipping again. Don't shop this store and go elsewhere if they dont want to honor their own return policy.
Very reasonable prices and you'll look cute. Lol
