First time I've ever been in this Torrid location. Older lady at the front counter was cold and uncaring. I was attempting to make small talk and did not get a single word out of her. No customer service or friendliness from them at all. Coupled with the steep decrease in quality as of recent years, I won't be back. I'm not paying $60 for the same quality of Walmart.
