The workers were friendly, attentive, and the store was very clean. The dressing room already had the fan on and my clothes were hung up neatly. Despite having a large & complicated return, Kara was so patient and kind, never once rushing me while we went through the process. Definitely will continue to return to this store!
Love the bra I purchased. Not Torrids issue, but I do wish the tag had been printed on the bra, so it didn't need to be cut off. Love the sales at Torrid.

This torrid has a lot of variety of clothes that other torrid stores don’t have however the customer service lacks and sucks so bad here! I came in to buy some clothes for my upcoming trip and found alot of cute things I was walking around with a bunch of clothes in my hands while torrid workers walked around just looking at me not even offering to take the clothes and get me a fitting room my wife had to ask for one.
