Expensive but nice clothes
I had an alarming experience at this Torrid store. When I asked for a refund of $80 for the merchandise I had purchased, the manager rudely claimed they didn’t have that amount of cash and told me to go to another store. When I questioned this, she arrogantly threw a card at me and walked away. Another staff member added to the hostility by saying I shouldn't question everything.
