I'm new to Torrid, never shopped here until recently.I've had really good experiences, first I was interested in their boots because of the sizing and wide calf, I ordered a size to big and returned them, the manager gladly returned them and helped me order another pair AFTER she measured my calf to ensure I received the correct size! I received the boots and they fit perfect ! Went in not sure if I would fit into the clothing. Tried a size zero and it was a tad big on me. I was apprehensive trying a double zero and I wished I did. I'll be sure to go back soon to try again. I was greeted the moment I walked in and the lady that was working, can't remember her name helped me out with different opinions.
