I love shopping at Torrids. The layout of the store is great.
Ordered a same-day in store pickup. Store was randomly closed for multiple hours in the middle of the day (3PM - 530PM) despite notifying me that my order was ready for pickup. Torrid support could not reach anyone in the store either and cannot cancel my order until someone from the store decides to finally answer.
Bought a $90 cover up here a few days ago and it’s already falling apart.
