I'm new to Torrid, never shopped here until recently.I've had really good experiences, first I was interested in their boots because of the sizing and wide calf, I ordered a size to big and returned them, the manager gladly returned them and helped me order another pair AFTER she measured my calf to ensure I received the correct size! I received the boots and they fit perfect !
