Ordered bras online and had them shipped to the store so i could try them on when i picked them up. Went to pick up the order today and walked into the store with someone already being helped at the front desk. Was not acknowledged by the lady who was helping her at all. Waited in line for over 10 minutes as the return from the lady before me was complicated. When it was my turn, the lady didn't even mention the long wait... not a sorry about that. Nothing. Won't be shopping here anymore after the lack of customer service.
The blonde employee was great, however the employee with black hair was extremely rude. Also, why the heck are their jeans so RIDICULOUSLY expensive? How does someone afford $96 for ONE pair of jeans? Seriously. And when I had to decline buying them because I literally couldn't afford them, the dark haired woman was super unfriendly. Glad I can drive to another store and get jeans for half that price.
Love love love torrid amazing selection of different trendy apparel from there classic torrid brand to Lovesick and nightfall 🫶 great fits and accessories as well and even though shoes are only available online there are still some great selection.
