Another reason I won’t be returning to this location is the rude staff—especially cashier #517462. I came in at 7:58 to return a maxi dress that had noticeable white spots on the lower left side under the chest area, like it wasn’t dyed correctly. The spots weren’t anywhere else on the dress. Instead of listening, she repeatedly insisted (three times) that it was because the item “didn’t fit.” That makes no sense—I know my size, and I own the same dress in other colors with zero issues.
