I drove over an hour to shop at Torrid today, ready to spend money, and left completely disappointed. Despite being the only customer in the store, not a single associate spoke to me or even acknowledged that I was there. There were several employees present, but they couldn’t be bothered to offer basic customer service. It’s a shame, because there were sales happening and I came ready to buy. Brooke was absolutely-freaking-lutely amazing! Not only did she find me everything I needed, she went above and beyond, thinking outside the box. She even showed me how to save money on my purchases! Not only that, but I left feeling better about myself than I have in a while because of her complements (aka her honest opinion). This woman is an asset to your store!
Store is not the same with the previous store manager. Staff stays at cashwrap and don't greet or help. Terrible!
