Spartanburg Torrid, You should definitely update your holiday hours from closing at 8:00pm to 7:00pm. Especially when someone drives all the way there to b by uy Christmas gifts, and gets told that you close at 7:00pm. I should have known to go to the one in Greenville SC. The only reason you get 2 stars is because I’ve had good luck with Torrid as a company. Do better Torrid.
store supposed to be open and I've been standing here and it's still closed. My day is busy and this is the only time I could come today. Guess money not important to this store.
Hours online say 10am. Went to the store and they don’t open until 11!!!! ARRRGGGHHH.
I drove over an hour to shop at Torrid today, ready to spend money, and left completely disappointed. Despite being the only customer in the store, not a single associate spoke to me or even acknowledged that I was there. There were several employees present, but they couldn’t be bothered to offer basic customer service. It’s a shame, because there were sales happening and I came ready to buy.
