I went in looking for a pair of overalls I wanted desperately I had seen online last week. I had only been to one other Torrid in the past and swore I wouldnt ever go back bc pf the horrible experience. But I did and Im so glad. I had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Kya (sp) and Raven. These amazing young ladies embody what customer service really is. Spartanburg Torrid, You should definitely update your holiday hours from closing at 8:00pm to 7:00pm. Especially when someone drives all the way there to b by uy Christmas gifts, and gets told that you close at 7:00pm. I should have known to go to the one in Greenville SC. The only reason you get 2 stars is because I’ve had good luck with Torrid as a company. Do better Torrid.
store supposed to be open and I've been standing here and it's still closed. My day is busy and this is the only time I could come today. Guess money not important to this store.
Hours online say 10am. Went to the store and they don’t open until 11!!!! ARRRGGGHHH.
