4 stars for quality wise, but Torrid why has the clothes gotten so ugly and grandma looking. I am not an old woman and love buying your clothes but I'm slowing down due to nothing is cute anymore. Idk what fashion experts you got on your team but go back to the drawing board because this isn't it. A few years back you guys were killing it I loved the styles go back to that or simply have a variety that speaks to all ages thank you

I love this location! The staff is very friendly, professional, & helpful. I have been shopping at this location from day one. The managers prior were great. However I noticed over the past 6 months. The mannequins been styled very sophisticated & much better than previous. Great job to the store manager Kim! You & your team are doing a fantastic job.
Omg!!!!! I love this store. The staff is always amazing and always tells you all the sales. I wish I could work here part-time. I just atmosphere, the clothes are absolutely amazing and the clearance is bomb.com.
