Was not greeted by staff or even acknowledged and my daughter were the only customers in the store. I generally love shopping at Torrid, but this location needs a lesson on customer service.

Was excited to see a plus size store, but very disappointed at the lack of variety. Store was much smaller than I expected and options were very limited. Most of what I did see looked poorly and cheaply manufactured with too high of a price for the lack of quality. Needless to say, nothing caught my eye and we left. We weren't the only ones who did the same. I wouldn't return to this location with any hope. Maybe the Bham store is better.
Very very nice employees that work there very helpful and friendly and this torrid has a decent selection
