Both the store page on Torrid.com and the Google page say it opens at 10:00am. I arrived at 10:05 to do a return and pick up an order, and the lights were all off, place closed. At 10:22 I saw an employee go inside. I tried the door again at 10:30, only for the employee to motion to me through the glass that it opens at 11:00. I wasted an hour to get here and wait just to be told that I have to wait another 30 minutes. Time I don’t have since I have another appointment to be at by 11:15.
Bday coupons and clearance pricing equals new clothes for me at a great price. And I can shop online.
