I had an awesome experience meeting Marcel she was such a breath of fresh air. She was so helpful and her other co-worker was fantastic. I got this banging outfit just in time for fall & Halloween. It was such an amaxing sale you can see how full my shopping bag is. Torrid should be so happy that they have such valuable & kind employees working for them. Marcel was so helpful with using my torrid cash and my discounts. Absolutely amazing women to meet and I felt like I had new friends when I left.

I visited this store 9/12 to get an outfit for a concert. OMG TIA SLAYED MY OUTFIT. This store has a forever new customer as long as she is there. I have NEVER felt so sexy and like I was shopping with my best friend. She made me so comfortable and showed me different ways to wear my outfit. Her customer service is A1. This is the shopping experience. I expect when I walk into a store and she most definitely executed it. I will be back.
