I am a long-time Torrid fan, but I had never bought bras here. I saw the sale and went into the Gateway Mall location with more than a little trepidation, because I hadn't been fitted or bought bras in almost two years. Morgan was incredibly helpful!! She fitted me correctly, helped me look at different styles, and ordered a few bras for me online when they didn't have the size I needed in-store. Suffice to say that it was a fantastic experience and I will definitely be back.
I wish I would have caught her name. I don't know who it was that was working yesterday around 11:30am. But when I first arrived in the store, I was hunting for clothes for an upcoming interview. I couldn't find anything in my appropriate size since I am heavy set but also short. As usual, the only sizes I could find for pants were several sizes too long but I simply did not have time to get anything altered. I love the Torrid brand and been to this location multiple times with great experiences I always end up getting the same employees when I go in. Not this time 10-11-25! I went to do exchanges for items purchased online and in-store. I had bought a bra that has a defective front clasp. I don't have the tag or receipt. I contacted customer service through the website before going and was told to take it in.
