Went into the store to pickup my order, I was ignored for sometime, finally got someone to help me, she seen I had other items on the counter that i wanted to buy but choose to turn away and walked off. I did not get the additional items that I had set on the counter. The ladies working were very rude and disrespectful. They need to be reminded we ( customers) are the reason why they have a paycheck. I have 0 interest in ever going back again.
So torrid deleted my review so I'll post it AGAIN. This is a jacket I received for Christmas 2024 that has mold on it or it is already wearing. I have wiped these spots numerous times with a wet cloth and doesn't wanna come off. Super cute jacket but the white spots ruin it. Kinda weird that torrid deleted my first review and now I'm blocked from posting any reviews (this is a second account i have) what are you hiding torrid?...
I got this green leather jacket for Christmas and the second/third time wearing it I noticed this "white" stuff on it, I tried wiping it off with a wet cloth and it will not come off! It's actually gotten worse in places and now I can't tell now if it's a white substance or just wearing already. I'm also extremely disappointed in the way torrid credit card company handles their business. I was late on ONE payment and they discontinued my card. I had called in advance to see if they had a green tshirt - I explained I needed it plain to put a transfer on. I was very specific. The woman who answered said they had a lot of different shades of green that were exactly what I wanted. I loaded up a 1 year old and a 6 year old and drove out of my way. I got there to see they didn't have anything like what I needed or wanted.
