Always a pleasure shopping for my wife. Inviting atmosphere. Staff are very kind and attentive. Always helpful in finding what we’re after.
I’m very happy with the amount of attention to detail they showed. Everyone was so nice and respectful. I was so comfortable and felt very seen so thank you!💜
I was in Torrid today and had the BEST service. They were kind, honest and went out of their way to find what I needed. I can't remember her name but she was great!!
I am a long-time Torrid fan, but I had never bought bras here. I saw the sale and went into the Gateway Mall location with more than a little trepidation, because I hadn't been fitted or bought bras in almost two years. Morgan was incredibly helpful!! She fitted me correctly, helped me look at different styles, and ordered a few bras for me online when they didn't have the size I needed in-store. Suffice to say that it was a fantastic experience and I will definitely be back.
