This evening at 7:15, 45 minutes before the shop was even to close, the dressing rooms were blocked off. I drove 30 minutes to a specific store, during the one small window I had to find something nice to wear to a family members funeral on Wednesday and they closed the dressing rooms 45 minutes before close. I have been a huge fan of Torrid for years and recommend them often but I will not be returning, at least not to this store.

I fell in love with a nightfall dress while in the store to pick up an online order. The sweet young lady working there (Miranda) helped me with getting the right size and that I would get the 10% discount on one full priced item. I was so excited then she asked if I was using my Torrid credit card for my purchase. Because I would actually get 15% off my purchase. She didn’t rush through just getting me in and out.
