Very happy I found jeans. Not happy that the majority of their clothing in store or online is synthetic. I don’t mind spending the money on natural materials but I will not pay the prices they’re charging for synthetics. Forget about getting anything cute like Disney (as an example). Good customer service
My mom and I drove over an hour to come here and i was kinda disappointed in the selection compared to the other stores but the staff was welcoming and we still got a lot of great stuff. Definitely recommend
Torrid is a basic high end plus size clothing store now; it used to be more funky alternative style clothes. I feel like it's too expensive for how normal/bland it is now, but at least it's never busy and employees are always polite. Maybe they have the cool clothes online but I've not checked..
