I love this Torrid location. Lilly & Margaret helped me today. I was feeling kinda of sad due to being sick. But they were so kind & helpful to me that it completely turned my day around. I also like that you can donate here to cancer foundation. Thankyou!
I just visited your store to pick up my online order. I can say this is the best experience that I've ever had in store with Torrid. I recently lost 60 lb and wasn't sure what size I would fit in. So I ordered online during the sale and got 2 smaller sizes. Ashley accommodated me with a dressing room made sure she let me know there was a fan in there when I was telling her I was getting warm and had no problem doing the refund for what did not fit with a smile on her face the entire time. I was totally blown away on the customer service I experienced on Saturday July 12, 2025 445-500pm. I went to pick up an order. Nobody spoke. Then the employee that walked by me said NOTHING but spoke to the customer that got inline behind me👀 Once at the counter I had to speak to the employee FIRST. She asked for my name & ID she retrieved by package. Handed it to me & walked off. I open up my package to check to make sure my order was correct.
