I had a ton of torrid cash to spend and my hands were getting full. I wanted to look around for a few more minutes and I kindly asked the woman at the register if she could hold my items on the back counter. She was a bit rude in her response in telling me “No” and suggested a fitting room to try things on instead, when I was already ready to purchase the items. I put everything back, walked out of the store and went to another Torrid in town. I won’t be going back to this one.

Was trying to shop at this store being helped by an employee when her co worker I’m assuming (I didn’t catch her name, but she’s tall wears glasses, had her hair in a pony tail) barged into our conversation and hijacked the first girls purchase, and was not very helpful at all. She was all over the place! Not sure if it was incentive related, but that was very rude of her. I ended up walking out of the store, I may not go into this store if I see said individual working…
