Super nice staff! They were very patient and helpful when I had messed up my sizing on an online order.
The associate that helped me (J.B) was such a welcoming presence during my time there on 29/03/25. She saw me wide eyed on entry (as a Brit who does not have physical stores that have fashionable plus size options) she was friendly and after I’d gathered many different things to try she set up a changing room for me and took the items into their ready for me. At this moment they have amazing great prices.
Closed early i was standing at the door at 8:50 I saw the 2 ladies in there and they ignored me. I had to call the store and they said they always close the doors 5 minutes to 9 at that point it was 8:53. I told them I came for a specific item and they refused to let me in and said they could put it on hold but they were closed for the day. The store hours say 9pm. They just wanted to go home early. I won't be returning.
