I can't tell you how helpful it is to have a brick-and-mortar Torrid - and one so well-run, by such a kind team that consistently goes the extra mile - nearby! The staff is so helpful with in-person shopping and online order issues, and I trust them for advice through the occasionally stressful experience of shopping. They bring out the joy!
