I went to torrid to return some items I bought online and the store associate was very friendly and helpful!
I will say Torrid has the jeans that only fit me, but the nearest store to me is a hour and a half from me. After picking out and being fitted for my jeans, the sales person persuaded me into buying underwear not in my size and a bra not in my size and by the time I could get up there to return them, the return time limit had passed. I had no idea my purchase was going to be $300. This location is definitely a rip off! Daughter paid 89 dollars for a dress that was 45 dollars online, when we called to ask about it the lady gone say “o yea prices are usually cheaper online” my response was “nobody thought to tell us that” mind you we spoke with a lady about the so called sale in the store, if the dress was on sale etc and not once did she kindly say you might be able to get it cheaper online! Hello my ladies so When I walked inTORRID I told Miss Yasmin that I was looking for a dress, but I wanted to feel sexy ladies her and Miss Mary both hook me up not only did I walk out sexy girl I woke up the next day lovely in my sexy. They are both amazing ladies that cater to my need they were so spot on and what I was looking for very pleasant. I love these ladies. They are excellent at their Jobs.
