I'm giving 2 stars cause one associate did answer some of my questions on their jeans selection. The store is extremely cramped and hard to maneuver through. I went into the dressing room to try on a few pairs of pants, and an associate came with a key and try to open the door of the fitting room I was still in. There's not much of a selection of clothing at this location, and not a wide range of size options when it comes to their smaller plus sizes. I love shopping here. It's because of them why I'm broke as hell now. I got good shit, though. They're Nightfall brand is amazing. I have a lot of that line. It's the best they have, in my opinion. Go and shop there but don't go broke lol

Awful location. Items were misplaced on multiple racks, and when I found three shirts on sale racks, I was told I couldn’t purchase them for the posted price because an employee had mistakenly put them there. That’s not the customer’s fault. To make matters worse, the cashier was incredibly rude. I also had $250 in Torrid Cash left to use, and she told me I wasn’t allowed to redeem it, even though I had successfully used $350 of my Torrid Cash at the Wilkes-Barre location the day before without any issues.
