Not pleased with the customer service in this location. I am a big time shopper of Torrid. I used to visit the Woodbridge location in which closed earlier this year. I felt so out of place . No one greeted me and my sister coming in.. no one asked if we needed help or nothing but than other people coming in were greeted and helped. My thought was because we were Hispanic? Hate to call it that .. but it was so uncomfortable. Never visiting again.
Very nice staff. Most accommodating store by far from Ocean County to Middlesex County
Love going to this store..I live out of the area, and do not mind the long drive to the store..this location has more of a selection than some of the other stores..everyone is so nice ESPECIALLY KAITLYN..she goes above and beyond to help the customer. She is so friendly and professional. My new go place every week now!
Love going to this location, they always have a ton of product that other locations don’t have. The girls there are also fantastic. Highly recommend
