Extremely disappointed!! Attempted 5 times to place an order online...each time it was canceled the very next day. Called customer service and after over an hour on the phone doing bank verifications i was told that the order was placed and i had nothing to worry about! Just checked my email and AGAIN my order was canceled!! Currently going on 50 minutes of hold time waiting to speak to someone and was told a Supervisor would have to call me back tomorrow they would be closing in 26 minutes....really????
