My daughter and I went in Saturday afternoon. We had a very pleasant experience. I didn't get the names of the lady that helped us or the cashier but they were very nice. The cashier was super sweet and overall we had a good experience. I'm reading a lot of bad reviews so I thought I would share our good time.

I have gone twice to pick up online orders and the employees seem to be bothered by having to go look in the back for things. My Haute Cash was expired because they didn’t call me to let me know it was there. I had called the store twice and Customer Service told me that it was there. Ridiculous Service.

The Mentor location used to be my go-to store 5 mins down the road but with the new "staff" I will be shopping online or shopping at the CLE or PA location. I have never been to a store where the people working there are so self-involved and miserable. Sorry, customers imply you doing what your being paid for.

Omg this place is awesome!!!! I went shopping yesterday and left my bag on the counter after I paid for my tops and the lady that help me saw that I left my bath and body works there so she ran after me and caught up with me to give me my bag that was awesome she even had a hurt foot and she chased me down all the way to JCPenney’s. I would recommend everybody to shop there nice place. Nice workers !!!!!
I was in the store today around 2pm. I was purchasing approximately $150 worth of merchandise. The assistant manager was dealing with a customer. She was flat rude to this customers saying you are evidently not listening to me, and being very aggressive toward this customer. I love Torrid and I've been a customer for years, and I've been to quite a few different locations but this one is by far my favorite! The staff is so friendly and genuinely care that you find what you need and get the best deals possible! Love it!
