shopping in the store is great, but ordering online is horrible shipping takes forever. I placed an order on the 5th it's the 16th still has not left the warehouse first girl I spoke with was extremely rude and not helpful at all. If I can't get it in the store I will not buy it from Torrid. please fix your shipping speed it should not take forever for it just to leave your warehouse.

I was excited to go into Torrids and catch there sale buy 1 get two in clearance found a really cute bra of real live in a pair of jeans took my items up to the register only to find out that the bra that was Mark at once. They sold to me because they had marked it as damage my only question is what was it doing on the floor for customers to pick up a purchase this just is unacceptable to me as a shopper and I will not be patronizing Torrids again

I want fashionable shorts that won't ride up. Made like pants. Contoured to my legs. Just shorter. Everyone makes shorts with giant leg holes and I'm tired of it. The only good shorts I ever see used to be pants. If Torrid makes shorts that conture to my legs like pants. Then I will be happy.
