I will not shop at any torrid ever again!! They have no warranty on their products!! Bought a swim suit for over 100 dollars and wore it maybe 3 times before one of the straps broke!!!! no biggie I had someone sew it.. while on vacation at the beach another strap breaks couldn't see it had to tie it up! The ladies working on 9/1/16 around 7 were awesome!!! I've never really worn dresses and they were awesome at helping me find the perfect dress for a wedding next month as well as accessorizing everything I needed to go with it! I would shop there again in a heartbeat. I am so grateful for there help

Over the years i have walked into this store and never understood the sizing but loved quite a few things. Well on October 2nd i went in and both ladies working were phenomenal! Sierra listened to what I thought i wanted and she helped me find items that fit that and then some! She let me choose items and she even chose a few more and put them in my dressing room.
