This was my first time shopping at Torrid...loved it!! The ladies working there were so helpful, friendly and nice!! I went in looking for some boots which have been hard to find and they had the perfect ones!! I will for sure be back. :)
I had the worst expirience at the Torrid on Memorial today! I have came here for years and loved this Torrid. Usually everyone working there is extreamly nice and helpfu. This was not the case today. There were at least 5 people working in the store today and when trying to get help I was walked past many times and had to hunt someone down to let me in the dressing room. When I was done trying on clothes the girl by the dressing room was rude. I will be going to another Torrid from now on.

Don't get me wrong I like their clothes most of the time and will continue to order from them online and go to the store. BUT I will never choose the ship to store option again. I placed my order on Nov 11, it takes 2 business days to process. So it shipped on Nov 13. I gave it a week after the 13th before I called and they said no we don't have your package. I got an email from torrid with a FedEx tracking number and it was delivered and signed by a MMckenzie (which is a manager there) on the 17th of Nov. So I waited a day ... read more
I've been visiting this torrid since day 1. I'm super disappointed in how lacking the customer service has become. If you want or need something you have to find someone and wait on them! Even when going to return or buy something I had to greet the lady at the register for her to acknowledge me. Sad.
I absolutely love Torrid. In fact I use to drive to Texas to shop there until OK finally opened up a store on Memorial and Penn. I almost got into an car accident trying to make it there for the grand opening because I was so excited. I even had a store credit card that I would utilize along with coupons every month, probably for about 2 years. My BIGGEST complaint is the customer service. I LOVE Torrid! I have always had a very positive expierence there. Today, however, was different. We were met by a nice employee who informed us of a buy one get one half off sale. I told her that I had a cupon for $50 off $125 and asked if they could be used together. She said yes and I got visibly excited. I found so many awesome clothes and was so excited.
