Visited the store on 7/29 and they double charged me for $487. The store can't fix it and customer service says they can't see it, but my credit card company sure sees it. I even sent Torrid customer service the screenshots. I will never shop here again. Their systems suck worse than their customer service.
I visited this location on Saturday 10/05/24. I purchased a few pairs of underwear. As we were exiting out of the location the sensor alarm went off and one of the associates told us to proceed with exiting. Fast forward a few weeks into November as I was going through the pairs of underwear at hat I had purchased, I realized that there was one out of the five pair that still had a senor attached. I stopped into the Maple Grove location for assistance removing a sensor that was left on from the Mall of America location. I visited the Maple Grove location on Friday 11/15/24. As soon as I entered the store I was kindly greeted by two associates and the sensor alarm sounded. This confirmed the reason for my visit. Danielle attempted to remove the sensor with no success. Last week was the first time I've used my Torrid account in a year due to the poor Customer Service in the location in the Arlington Highlands. I go in, pay my bill and leave. I took a chance, purchased and ordered items with a very pleasant African American Employee. On 10/23, I came in to pickup the item I ordered. The Employee was labeling shipment to be picked up. Bad quality same day shopping, two purchases ( shirt and pants ). Within 60 days of buying the $80.00 pair of pants got a hole in them. The shirt's thread starting coming undone..... Bad luck or BAD QUALITY ?????????
