I’m so upset with the customer service. I cannot believe they would not honor the buy one get one 50% off on bras. I purchased 4 bras online when I tried them on in the store I didn’t like 2 of them. This store would not honor the buy one get one 50% in the store. They chose to lose a customer over $14.49. I shopped at this location and online a lot but will no longer shop here and will let everyone I know how I was treated. I’ve already deleted the torrid app off my phone and unsubscribe to the emails.
Found the perfect dress here. The sales associates were very helpful.

Said my items were clearance and they wouldn't accept the return even though I had the receipt and it was a new arrival. Thankfully, online customer service will be assisting me. You lost yourself a loyal customer thanks to your joke of a "policy" aka lie.
I just started shopping at this store last year and ever since I absolutely love going in there. I love love love Ann! She's absolutely amazing! So energetic, sweet and helpful she reminds me of my best friend. I was just in there tonight helping a friend find some cute outfits for a date she is going on. We had such an amazing time. Thank you Ann for being fantastic you are half the reason I keep coming back because of the great customer service

I love the Westroads Torrid. Great selection, extremely good prices and sales and coupons!! The service is by far the best. Amy, the manager, runs a fantastic store with amazing employees. I am always treated with respect and feel like I am being put first. Not to mention, the products are great. I love the bralettes, panties, blouses, and sweaters!!
Worst experience I've ever had that happened just now stood in line for 25 minutes to try on a pair of shorts and two bras. A customer who had left for the full 25 minutes i was in line but had clothes waiting for her to try on when she got back was put directly into a room in front of me within 2 minutes of being back in the store
