I visited this Torrid for the 1st time yesterday. Very nice selection. Great customer service. They do need to have more room to shop but the Katy Mills Torrid is the same way. They do a great job with merchandising with the space they were given.
I love Torrid on the regular but came in today and the store is a hot mess. You can barely move around because it's crammed with merchandise. Was not greeted by anyone- dug through every single pile of shorts and couldn't find a single pair to even try on in size 28. How is that possible? There was, however, a ton of size tens. Obviously no one's buying the tens. No one noticed when I walked out.
Best customer service around! I'm in here pretty frequently and they all know me, and point out things I might like. Alison even called me when I forgot to place an online order and helped me do it over the phone. Love this store �
