Irma and Sharlene were awesome! I was immediately greeted at the door and told all the sales and deals for the day. Even though I said I was just looking, she gave me time to be on my own. Then Sharlene was attentive and notice I was seeking a specific item. She totally helped me out: I ended up getting exactly what she picked out! Today was my first shopping experience at Torrid. Honestly, at my size (4x-ish), it's hard to walk in to any store and find anything I like, and usually the staff is so uppity and snotty. I was shopping for something to wear to my daughter's casual wedding. After viewing the website, I decided to give Torrid at Florida Mall a try. I was impressed when I walked in, because they waited until I got almost 1/2 way thru the store before asking me if they could help me. I admit, my defenses are up.
