I went to this location for the first time!! I've shopped at Torrid's all over the US, and I'm a store manager in retail!! The service was amazing from walking in to a very clean organized store, greeted right away, offered a fitting room multiple times, and they took the time to order my online list!! So friendly, organized, and I highly recommend shopping here!!
I have never been to Torrid. Walked in with a dress in mind that I wanted but was met by a sales lady named Dee. She was FANTASTIC!!!!! Not only did she help me find a dress that I would have never picked out but she sized me for a bra which was a long time due. She also found a cover up for my arms that I love and makes the outfit! I will 100% be going back and recommending her to anyone I can. She's great! Thanks Dee for the fantastic service!
