Awful store! Dingy, dark and dirty with horrible customer service. The manager shawna totally avoided me when I was clearly holding five bathing suits and needed a dressing room. She just walked the other way and when I finally got her attention she seemed annoyed to help me. Don't go here! Go to the park place store.
Marissa who works at the one on Irvington plaza was amazing and now has become my favorite store and favorite person.

I went in to look at what was in the store and I had the worst service I've ever had at any of the three Torrid locations. The management avoided me. There was no sales staff and a line was forming for a fitting room. I never have this problem at Park Place Mall so I will take my business there.
I went to Torrid Friday morning to find an outfit for my Christmas party the next night. I found 2 dresses, a blazer and sling back wedges for $120! The ladies there were EXTREMELY helpful. Can't wait to go shopping again!

I love Torrid! One of my absolute favorite plus size stores. Their clothes fit me great and have a fun, edgy vibe. The V neck Superman tee shirt I bought 18 months ago, has been washed and worn over and over. It still looks great. I love their denim selection, something for every Body. They have cute, trendy styles that can be worn by younger women and mature plus women too!
