Great selection great store people go shopping
shopping in the store is great, but ordering online is horrible shipping takes forever. I placed an order on the 5th it's the 16th still has not left the warehouse first girl I spoke with was extremely rude and not helpful at all. If I can't get it in the store I will not buy it from Torrid. please fix your shipping speed it should not take forever for it just to leave your warehouse.

This was my first time in the store, I had never been to torrid. And my experience here was fantastic both workers were extremely friendly, helpful, and willing to help me with anything. Their sales were great and I would definitely recommend coming to this location
