I called and asked someone to come out for an estimate. The person that came out was very easy to deal with and professional. After the initial meeting, I was ghosted entirely. None of my attempts to reach out about the estimate were returned with any sort of clear communication. It's obviously the discretion of a business whether or not to take a job.
