I went to this place to get a new battery put in my Movado watch. This was the first time my watch has ever gotten serviced. The lady that helped me told me that the person that would service the watch was not in and would it would take a couple of days. A few days later they call me and tell me that the watch isn’t working with the new battery. I thought it was weird that it wasn’t working since it was before the battery died.
