We had our vehicle towed Friday night. We were told it would be ready by noon. We called at noon and said it would be ready by 3 and they would call. They did not call so we called them again, they again said it wasn't ready and would call us. They did not. We came in at 5, they said it had just finished but we did not talk to the mechanic but to another business who worked with them so it was very confusing. Edit: they also left the inside smeared with handprints
