Ms. Torres did an excellent job on our mediation. Our matter was a real estate transaction that went south after closing. I was unfamiliar with Ms. Torres and unsure about her knowledge of real estate transactions. Fortunately, she pleasantly surprised me by being very knowledgeable about not only real estate and contract law, but also being well-versed in the type of contract at issue. We resolved the matter, and my clients were pleased with the outcome. Everybody won.
I recommend Torres Mediation Services. She is great with clients and knows how to conduct mediation.
