So I intentionally switched insurances so that I could have my periodontal work that I needed covered at the beginning of the year. I have been a Patient of Dr. Torres a few years prior and I was returning to her, I have since beentrying since the beginning of the year to just simply get a cleaning and have the four quadrants deep cleaned as she recommended in a treatment plan along with other things I was told that they had sent in information for a preapproval to see what was covered. Dr. Torres gave me excellent professional treatment for deep cleaning and surgery for receding gums. My treatment was successful. Dr. Torres showed great care, was friendly and was highly skilled.
Polite, professional, caring!! Dr. Torres is wonderful!! She is informative, explains procedures and I feel really cares about her patients Her team is amazing!!! I won’t go anywhere else.
