My partner enquired with a few jewellers before coming across Eddy, and after meeting him, he instantly knew he was the to go guy! Eddy is professional but personable and no challenge is too much. He knew exactly what my partner was after and together they created my perfect ring 🙏🏻 I couldn’t have dreamt of a better ring! After meeting Eddy myself when needing a resize, I knew why my partner chose him, he is an honest and friendly professional. Service is just 10/10

Huge thank you to Eddie, Mario and the team for their amazing work and support in getting our engagement ring just perfect!! It was always going to be an Emerald ring, but I really struggled to find somewhere with a great selection, and plenty of options. Eddie and his brothers were exceptional during this entire process. My BIL had used them to get his engagement ring 7 years ago and now me. Eddie was incredibly patient with me as I knew nothing about rings, and he took hours to sit with me and discuss options, designs and the pros and cons of different choices etc. The ring was absolutely beautiful and my fiancé couldn’t be happier, or imagine herself wearing anything else. I purchased an engagement ring from Torres Jewel Co and could not recommend them more highly. Eddy was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was super responsive, answered all our many questions and provided the most incredible customer service and support. The ring itself is stunning and excellent value for money. I went to the team at Torres to purchase an engagement ring. Eddy helped educate me on all the details, was prompt with his communication and the whole process was extremely quick and thorough.
