I finaly got rid of Torres Insurance after eighteen years! I have called them on several occasions and the person who handles my policy is always "Out" and has never ever returned my call. The one time they did call was when I wrote them a bad review she called me back and yelled at me in Spanish. These people are the worst. Unless, I guess if you speak Spanish. Hopefully their racism will come back to get them!

Todos los años tengo que pedir un Certificate of Liability para mi banco y todos los años es lo mismo con ellos. No te mandan el Certificado, los llamas y te dicen que te lo envían, Vivían la muchacha de la recepción me lleva diciendo hace 2 días que me lo va a enviar y aún nada. I wish I could give these guys -5 stars but I have to fault myself for sticking with them for fifteen years too long!. TORRES IS THE WORST WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do not return calls. I havre called them perhaps five times in fifteen years. They always say "that person isn't here right now." or " That person is at lunch"..Can they call you back?" and they never ever do. They will take your money but forget it when it comes to a hurricane, home break in, vandalism, or questions on your policy. I forget the rea... read more
