Gilbert was prompt and very courteous. He was patient as we explained our problem and thorough in explaining the solution. Since the job did not require the in-depth he thought it would, he reduced our quote. He told us if there were any questions he could help us with. He would be glad to do it and there would be no charge. We will certainly use him if we have any other problems!
Gilbert came to my rescue to repair my outage and protected me from a possible fire. The repair was completed. And I placed his card in my card holder for very important numbers. Thank you Gilbert
