This family owned shop was very friendly and honest up front about what my options were for my vehicle. He took his time to speak to me and took a quick look at my own diagnosis codes. He gave me recommendations and shared his past experiences on working on my make/model vehicle and talked me through on how to work with extended protection coverage I had purchased. He wasn’t just trying to make a sale. I recommended giving them a try. I will get my vehicles serviced there.

As a female I called to get a quote to see how much they would charge to look at my car to see if I had an oil leak. They quoted me $120. I verified that that was not a repair cost but just an inspection cost and they stated "yes." If you are a female they will absolutely rip you off. They will never see a dime of my money.

Miguel is my machanic for the workmanship and honesty. Miguel and his staff do not play games, nor do they take their job lightly. They have a daily mission to get the work done accurately and as timely as possible. I love how you're notified of every move (his policy) and are carried through every step of the way. You don't get that much anymore. Torres Auto treats customer vehicles as if he just bought them and wants them to run properly, and I won't take my vehicles anywhere else plain and simple...
