Torrent+ strength classes have completely changed my workout game! I feel so strong and in tune with my body. All of the instructors are so nice and make lifting weights less intimidating. Love these classes!!
There is something truly special about a fitness studio where the instructors see you, respect you and motivate you. Beyond the instructors, it’s clear that the gentleman that own the studio truly understand what it means to be good stewards to the people that trust them with their fitness journeys. I adore this studio. After taking a break during a really tough time in my life, coming back here helped me emotionally in ways I didn’t expect. Coming back here felt like coming home. The friendships I’ve built, the sense of community, and the emotional support I feel just by walking through the door have meant more to me than I can explain.
