Came here 7 months ago (around January) to have a stray cat checked up we took in overnight. The cat was around 6 weeks at the time and he had multiple conditions, including a blind eye. Staff are friendly and supportive however, I just can't pass the pricing on the day of my visit. My very first and only visit there came a staggering total of 198. I brought my cat in for diarrhoea and was given probiotic sachets to help. When I got home, I discovered the sachets were expired. I called the clinic, and they claimed the sachets had been kept in the fridge before being handed to me, but I received them at room temperature. At no point did the vet mention they had been refrigerated or advise me to store them in the fridge. Very helpful staff
This was our first time visiting with our two pups, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and informative—above and beyond what I’ve experienced elsewhere. They took the time to explain things clearly and made both us and the pups feel comfortable and welcome. You can tell they genuinely care. We’ll definitely be sticking with these guys from now on!
