The team took 4 times longer than necessary to do a terrible job: stumps left behind, debris and equipment everywhere. Left their trailer in my backyard for weeks blaming the weather. When they finally came to get it their truck and trailer became stuck in my yard, gutting the yard and turning it into a mud pit. Between the tow truck and trailer and their truck, they vandalized my yard. He said he would come to fix it but never did. Torrence & Sons just finished removing a large tree at our condo neighborhood! Not only did they do a spectacular job removing the tree but they went above and beyond! Looking out, they left the area neater than our landscapers ever do! You would never guess a gigantic tree was removed. Furthermore, one of the gentlemen helped a handicapped resident down 2 flights of stairs with her walker and accross the parking lot to her car!
