I can not tell you how disappointed I am with what happened and I urge you to please stop and rethink going in there. I needed 2 small loops replace on my 2 necklaces and was charged 80 for the repair. I was provided a price before I allow them to repair the necklaces and once the necklaces were repaired I was given a new price. The lady behind the window couldn’t tell me the reason why the price change and who repaired the necklaces. I wouldn’t take any jewelry to this location.
