Disappointing experience today! From the moment we walked in, there was a noticeable lack of basic customer service. No one greeted us or offered assistance. After waiting for a bit, we had to seek out help ourselves. The older woman in the tile section was rude and unwelcoming. She reluctantly stepped away to “help,” which felt dismissive. If you’re busy, it would be better to kindly direct customers to someone else.
Since I first came into the store I was completely ignored, I walked around the store for about half an hour, there was at least 10 people in customer service and since I was never approached I decided to leave. In my way out not even a minimum sight. Before I leave I just needed to make myself heard and I said “ thanks for the self service “ they don’t even bother to say anything. This is my third remodel project using Kate Meehan, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Her expertise is invaluable when working on total renovations of kitchens and baths, she has all the answers, and her professionalism and communication skills are superb. Torrco has a huge range of products in a lovely showroom. I highly recommend Torrco for all your plumbing needs.
