I have a tricky bathtub faucet problem to solve and the showroom consultant Kate Meehan was outstanding with her knowledge and solutions!! Will do business with her in the future
that only reason these folks are still in business is because Tile America next-door. Torrco Design Center, Bath & Kitchen they have one older customer service person with biggest attitude, and if you don’t look Hollywood customer she turns the other way or give Gives you @ look that you don’t belong in there! And the other hand, Tile American customer service personnel is great 10 stars
My wife and I worked with Kate Meehan on all the bath, shower, toilet, and sink fixtures for a bathroom remodel. She was extraordinarily helpful with her advice -- she grew up in this business, and her experience was a huge boon to us. She made our decision-making very easy, in a situation where one is often overwhelmed by the dizzying array of choices. She has been great to work with!
Torrco has quality products and a fantastic Sales and Design team. Jennifer Maya was personable and so knowledgeable, she made the stress of remodeling our bathroom an enjoyable experience.
