Excellent efforts made my all at Torrco
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Did not stand behind water heater that they sold to Schede to install which is now defective. Want multiple fees to process warranty and then charge me for product again when clearly covered under warranty by manufacturer who I contacted myself. Very rude on the phone and gave misinformation.
Have all your hard to get plumbing and heating supplies and if they don't they can order it for you.
Couldn't be more helpful.
