After two months of waiting for the results of my uterine ultrasound, neither my doctor nor I have received them. I called twice to inquire about the status and was repeatedly transferred from voicemail to voicemail. During one call, I was disconnected entirely. The second time, it took 45 minutes to finally reach someone, only to be placed on hold for another 15 minutes. Received the mail about the records indicating the need to schedule a routine mammogram screening. Contacted the B.D. Center and was on hold for 23 minutes, was talking to the operator and was told that I am sevenths 7 in line and back on hold only to be disconnected two minutes later. Please advise how to proceed with the scheduling my yearly mammogram appointment.
